“Walters Way” is about how I see things, all sorts of things. Understand, how I see things is not necessarily the way most others see things; of this my wife likes to remind me.
My original collection of notes started out as simply a way to keep track of, and then shareing my explorations and techniques on how to create a [L]AMP stack on Windows; without having to install cygwin. Yes, yes, I know, “just use Linux!” I’ve been told that countless times, but I spent several years working for a company that did not allow us to use anything but Windows. Besides, I began this exercise long before Linux arrived on the scene. The first internet server I worked on was a Solarus box back in ‘92.
This information has been on the net for a few years now, albeit not in blog form, and it has not received much notice. Ah, the true sign of a visionary; Obscurity!
Anyway, I thought it was time I joined the 21st century, start a blog and see if my notes might actually receive an audience within this medium.
I look forward to reading constructive comments on my noted and writings.
